Hats off to this funeral home. As a former resident of Galesburg I have attended several funerals at this very location, but it wasn’t until I had to experience firsthand what it is like to do business with them when tragedy hit my family directly. This funeral home is so proficient and professional. You can tell these are dedicated individuals at work. Not only did they have my sister looking like the beautiful princess that she is, but they were quick to be supportive during the last minute emergency we had with my mother near the end of the service. While I don’t have much experience dealing hand in hand with funeral homes; whenever I do this is surely the place I will turn to and I encourage others to do so as well. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t know how they do this type of work, but they were on top of everything from communication with our family, the obituaries , the music, the photos and providing exactly what was asked for concerning the services of our loved one. Todd stepped up in great ways to take a lot of burdens off the family’s plate. I know we were bombarding him with emails every 30 minutes of the day, but guess what??? He kept up!! Todd gave me comfort. All employees gave great care and understanding. That’s what families need to help ease in the grieving process. Thank you so much Hinchliff-Pearson-West for outstanding service and support. I can’t believe my baby sis is gone. I’m going to forever mourn my “favorite girl”. 💗💗💗😔
